What can I have engraved on my item?
You can engrave names, initials, dates, short messages, monograms, and for bulk/corporate orders — custom logos.
Is the engraving permanent?
Yes. Our laser engraving burns the design directly into the leather surface, making it permanent.
Can I engrave a logo or custom graphic?
Yes! For logo or custom graphic engraving, please contact us with your file (SVG, AI, EPS, or high-res PNG).

How long does production take?
We produce and ship most orders within 1-3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $35 ship free within the USA.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each item is custom-made with your engraving, we cannot accept returns on personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
